Refund policy
Plain English. No legalese paragraphs designed to wear you down.
If you change your mind within 30 days
Email us from the address on your Stripe receipt and ask for a refund. Subject line "refund please" is enough. We process within two business days. No reason required, no follow-up survey, no objection handling.
If we don't hit the reservation target
The reservation target exists because the worst outcome here is shipping a product nobody wants. If we don't hit the target by the announced deadline, every deposit is refunded automatically — you don't have to do anything. Stripe handles the mechanics; you'll receive the refund in 5–10 business days.
If we hit the target and ship
Your $10 becomes a $10 credit on the $97 launch price. The 30-day refund window still applies, calculated from your reservation date. If you've already received the product and want a refund within 30 days of reservation, that's fine — the same email-and-done process.
After 30 days
We don't offer refunds beyond the 30-day window. Two reasons: (1) you've decided the product is worth keeping, and (2) the operational overhead of late refunds on a small validation cohort doesn't scale.
Refund requests: reply to the Stripe receipt, or write to the email address listed in the welcome email. We answer within two business days; faster on weekdays.
What this isn't
This policy is the contract for the validation pre-sale. The full Solo Practice OS Terms of Service (covering subscription, license to use the templates, and similar) ship with the launch — the pre-sale doesn't require them because nothing has been delivered yet.
