What's included at launch

- Modality-Specific Session Note Pack — 12 admin scaffolds. Admin only; the clinical work stays yours.
- Setup walkthrough video — ~30 minutes, watch once.
- Vendor Vetting Checklist — questions to ask Notion (BAA process) and your EHR. Not legal advice; framework only.
What's NOT included
- HIPAA-compliant tooling on its own — compliance depends on your storage configuration (Notion Business plan + signed BAA, or your existing HIPAA-covered EHR).
- Clinical protocols or training materials. The modality names are categories, not technique transmission.
- A substitute for an EHR. Use this pre-EHR or alongside your EHR, not instead of.
- CE / CEU credit. The continuity tier (post-launch) includes reflection prompts only — never eligible for credit.
- CPT / ICD-10 code lookup. Superbill template includes placeholders only; consult your billing reference.
For whom
Licensed solo private-practice therapists in the United States — LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCMHC, PsyD. 2–8 years in practice, 8–25 active clients, primarily self-pay or out-of-network with superbills. If your entire admin layer lives inside Headway or Alma, this is probably not the tool you need; those platforms absorb the workflow this is designed to handle.
How the deposit works
$10 today reserves your copy. If we hit the reservation target, we build the product and your $10 becomes a $10 credit on the $97 launch price. If we don't hit the target, every deposit is refunded automatically. Either way, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days, no questions, no friction.
The reservation target exists because the worst outcome here is shipping a product nobody wants. We'd rather refund early than over-build.
